Welcome to Petite Confiserie, a personal passion project. A brief background on myself I was born in New York City to Dominican parents. A culinary and hospitality management school graduate with love for food and entertaining from a young age. Truth be told, until I started my career, the only place I had traveled to was the Dominican Republic. I soon learned there was a whole world to experience, and I was up for the challenge. I have been blessed in my sales career to travel to some magnificent places like England, Russia, Argentina, Australia, just to name a few. I quickly learned one of the best parts of travel is trying new foods, flavors, spices as well as learning about the respective cultures and traditions.

Petite Confiserie was developed from my love of “small bites,” which began with my afternoon tea experience. A tradition I started during my downtime while traveling abroad. Now also enjoying that experience at home with friends. I am excited to introduce old favorites with a mix of new flavors and hope you join me for the ride.
